Hello Kitty, your pink toy gun's bubbles such a threat (not fun!) that school seriously suspends 5-year-old kindergartner

Kindergartner Suspended Over Bubble Gun Threat
A 5-year-old girl was suspended from school earlier this week after she made what the school called a "terrorist threat."
Her weapon of choice? A small, Hello Kitty automatic bubble blower.
The kindergartner, who attends Mount Carmel Area Elementary School in Pennsylvania, caught administrators’ attention after suggesting she and a classmate should shoot each other with bubbles.
"I think people know how harmless a bubble is. It doesn’t hurt," said Robin Ficker, an attorney for the girl’s family. According to Ficker, the girl, whose identity has not been released, didn’t even have the bubble gun toy with her at school.
The kindergartner was ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation during her 10-day suspension, which was later reduced to two days. The evaluation deemed the girl normal and not a threat to others, Ficker said.
The girl’s family is considering a lawsuit against the school to get the blemish - all because of bubbles - off their daughter’s record.
"The mother has tried to get the girl in another school since this time, and they won’t take the little girl because of this mark on her record," Ficker said.
Maryland First-Grader Suspended for Making Gun Gesture
A 6-year-old boy who was suspended from his elementary school for making a gun gesture with his hand and saying "pow" is fighting his suspension through a lawyer.
The Montgomery County School District suspended first grader Rodney Lynch for pointing his finger at a classmate, which they said constituted a threat of gun violence, according to Robin Ficker, the attorney defending Lynch.
"His record says suspended for 'threatening to shoot a student' and that's a lie," Ficker told ABC News today. "He wasn't threatening a student, he's never been around a gun, he doesn't know what a gun is, he doesn't know what killing anyone is, he had no intent to harm anyone."
Lynch, who was suspended for one school day, told ABC News affiliate WJLA that he was playing when he made the gesture, and that his friend said "pow."
First-graders reportedly suspended for using fingers as ‘guns’ while playing cops and robbers
Two first-graders were reportedly suspended for forming imaginary guns with their fingers for a game of cops and robbers during recess.
The disciplinary action against the 6-year-old boys at White Marsh Elementary in Trappe, Md. aroused controversy after parents condemned the punishment as excessive.
One boy’s father, Stephen Grafton, considers the suspension ridiculous.

It’s really depressing to know the school authorities are accusing the children with baseless allegations. A bubble gum and other toys are never considered a threat and it is absurd the authorities think so. Before they took the action of suspending the accused children they should have thought of how much it could impact the future of the kids. https://www.photoeditingindia.com">photo editing companies
This small girl made it for a fun and it became a serious issue. She was suspended from school for making a terrorist threat. But I think it should be smoothly solved. She is very cute and small girl and she had done in for a fun http://www.floliving.com/my-secret-to-getting-pregnant-naturally-that-has-nothing-to-do-with-your-diet/">get pregnant naturally
Firstly i feel sad for that girl. And secondly what ever the authorities have done to the little kid is totally insane. If they doesn't like to have such things inside the school they must give some precautions to students to not bring such things there. But suspending her is very sad to know.
It’s unfortunate to hear of children being suspended on behalf of baseless accusations by the school authorities. Bubble guns and pointing fingers are not to be considered threats and it is absurd that the management thinks of so. It really reflects the fear of gun violence prevailing in America. http://www.nuggbeauty.com">face mask
The Montgomery County School District suspended first grader Rodney Lynch for guiding his finger at a schoolmate, which they said constituted a risk of weapon roughness, agreeing toward Robin Ficker, the lawyer guarding Lynch https://www.britishassignmentwriters.co.uk/">British assignment writers.
Is this for real? Why would they suspend kindergarten children for playing a game we all played, when there are other people that should be stopped from committing terrible crimes? According to the https://www.prosafefire.com/">ARFF guidelines, education is equally important as people's safety. They all should focus on these two important aspects and let children play what games they like.
I think most of the people will stand against the activity that has done by the school authority. I can’t support the people who have initiated the suspension order of this 5 year old kindergartner.
