Oil spillage threat to water resources

Oil spillage is a great threat to water resources. it not only does pollutes the water, but also reduces the oxygen content of the water by acting like a coating. And this indeed leads to the death of water organisms. This same phenomenon is happening to Arctic. Authorities should open up their eyes and do the necessary. Or it will be a disaster awaiting.
